Shaanxi Railway Institute has employed Professor Li Fu, a famous railway rolling stock expert and Yangtze River scholar from Southwest Jiaotong University as the professional leader

On July 12, Ren Juanjuan, vice President of the Institute, jiang Liutao, President of Railway Power School, Xue Zhenhua, deputy director of the office of the School, and 3 students went to Southwest Jiaotong University for investigation and study. On behalf of the school, Ren Juanjuan awarded Professor Li Fu the appointment Letter of leader of railway Locomotive Group.
