SXRI held graduation ceremony for the class of 2018

On June 29th, graduation ceremony for the class of 2018 was held in the Gaoxin campus and Linwei campus. Wang Hui, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Institute, Wang Jin, Dean of the Party Committee, Che Xuwu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Wang Chuang, Vice President, and the heads of various departments attended the graduation ceremony. 4,211 graduates attended the graduation ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by Che Xuwu. With the solemn national anthem, the ceremony officially kicked off.

At the ceremony, Wang Jin, standing for the institute, congratulated graduates of the class of 2018 on their successful completion of schoolwork, expressed gratitude for parents and teachers who cultivate and care for students with the hope of growing into talents and introduced achievements of institute and graduates of the class of 2018 in13th Five-Year construction and development. At the same time, Wang Jin proposed four hopes for each graduate: the first is to learn to endure hardship, more hardship, more achievements. From school to work, you should remember the institute spirit “bearing hardship and dedication,struggling for the first ”,be down-to- earth on the job and work hard diligently to carve a career in new era. The second is to learn to cooperate and make great success in interpersonal cooperation.From a man in school to a social man, you should push forward to establish career in cooperation and write down your own wonderful life. The third is to learn to cherish. Your life will be fulfilled and go further because of cherishing. You will not feel regretful since you have not cherished what you have owned . The fourth is to learn to thank. “make a gift of rose, hand stay lingering fragrance”. Only people who know how to be grateful would have a life filled with love and hope.Along the way, be grateful, be kind to everyone around you, and be aware of every love in the world. Devotes in gratitude and be happy in dedication.

Professor Ye Chao, director of management engineering department, represented teachers to make a statement. He gave blessing and kind warns to graduates and hoped students to be the best of themselves irrespective of glory or common.Regardless of favourable circumstances or adversity, you should stick to the end. Be happy or annoyed, and keep a grateful heart.

As representatives of the graduates of the 3153 measurement class, Liu Kun, and bridge class 3155, Dang Zhiqiang expressed their gratitude to alma mater and teachers, as well as his blessings to the students. They also showed that they will continue to adhere to the motto of “ morality cultivates one’s character , skills start one’s career” and continue to observe the spirit of “hard work, dedication, struggling for the first. Diligence in practice, practical work, and they will win glory for alma mater in different positions to give something back to the society and alma mater.

Finally, leaders of the institute, such as Secretary Wang Hui, issued the diploma to the graduate representatives. Che Xuwu announced that graduation ceremony for the class of 2018 was successfully completed.
