Professor Huang Yizheng from Taiwan Normal University paid a visit to our institute

On the morning of May 31, Huiang Yizheng Professor of Taiwan Normal University, Secretary of Future Education Institute, and Yang Junyu, Director of the Continental Office of the Future Education Institute, visited our college. The exchange and cooperation symposium between two colleges was held in the conference room on the third floor of the northern Gaoxin campus. Vice President Wang Wei attended the symposium. The relevant principals of the Academic Affairs Office, the Teacher Development Center and the Basic Course Department attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by the head of the Work Office for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan .

At the meeting, Vice President Wang Wei expressed a warm welcome to professor Huang Yizheng and briefly introduced the history of running the college, the construction of the teaching staff, the professional layout and characteristics, and the conditions of international exchanges and cooperation. He showed that the college pays high attention to exchanges and cooperation with universities in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan region, especially Taiwan region. He hopes to develop deep cooperation on cultivating teacher staff, teacher exchanges, curriculum construction and reform on the basis of short-term training for students.

In the speech, professor Huang Yizheng had shown that through watching promotional video of the college and introductions about the college, he pays his respects to the devotion with characteristics done by Shaanxi Railway Institute in China’s great development in high-speed industry. He briefly introduced the general situation of Taiwan Normal University and shared rich experience of Taiwan Normal University in exchanges and cooperation with mainland universities.He suggested that two colleges should conduct cooperation in aspect of short-term mutual visits and teacher exchange visits. Based on it, two colleges can develop mutual communication about united teacher training and achievements in scientific research, expand the achievements in scientific research and also cooperate through the exchanges between professional and professional, colleges and colleges.

At the meeting, principals of Teacher Development Centre , Academic Affairs Office,  Basic Course Department and affair office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan exchanged opinions on teacher training, general education, basic course construction, and other forms of exchange and cooperation between schools, and related cooperation with visitors, and also discussed details of cooperation and communication.

After the meeting, Professor Huang Yizheng and his team actually inspected the Institute of China Railway Development History Museum, Mental Health Education Center, Teacher Development Center, High-speed Railway Training Base, Tunnel Training Base and Comprehensive Training Base of Building.
