Shaanxi Railway Institute participated in a series of international cooperation and exchange conferences

   The 2019 Silk Road vocational education alliance annual conference was held at Lanzhou modern vocational college from 25, Oct to 26, Oct. With the theme of development of vocational education , regional cooperation, international exchange and win-win cooperation, this annual conference was hosted by the Silk Road vocational education alliance and Gansu Chinese vocational education association, and undertaken by Lanzhou modern vocational college and Gansu business and tourism service vocational education group. More than 150 guests from Australia, Beijing, Shaanxi, Qinghai, Ningxia, Gansu ,etc. attended the conference. Chuang Wang, the vice President of the college, on behalf of the college, signed a framework cooperation agreement with the Australian vocational education alliance, and was invited to make a speech to response “the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road” proposal and cultivate railway international talents about practice and experience of Chinese-Russia cooperatively-run schools. It was paid high attention by the delegates, and further promote the college influence on international exchanges and cooperation. On Oct 25, 2019 Shaanxi International exchange and cooperation committee of vocational education association was held in Xianyang vocational college. Tong Wen, the director of Shaanxi foreign cooperation and exchange department of the Education Hall, Congbo Liu, the secretary of the CPC committee of Xianyang vocational college, and Weijun Yang, the President of Xianyang vocational college attended the conference. Leaders who take charge of the work of the international cooperation and exchange from all provincial vocational colleges attended the conference, too. Chuang Wang, the vice President of the college, was appointed as deputy director of the international exchange and cooperation committee of the new Shaanxi vocational education association. The college was invited to share its achievements in international cooperation and exchange in 2019 and the work plan for 2020.

    From 25th, Oct to 26th, Oct, 2019 World Junior Scientists (Wenzhou) Summit and “the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road” Youth Talent Training Forum was held in Wenzhou, Zhejiang provice where is the  important birthplace of the reform and opening up. More than 300 delegates from the government, industry, business and education, who are from 28 countries such as China, South Africa, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, etc, gathered here and discuss the topics about youth talent training in artificial intelligence era and construction of “the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road”. The leaders from department of international cooperation and exchange and department of mechanical engineering attended the meeting. At the meeting, the establishment of Integration of artificial intelligence of industry and education international alliance was initiated and the college was elected as the vice chairman unit.( Hao Fujun)
