The Order of Online Teaching in Shaanxi Railway Institute is Well
In order to ensure the normal teaching during the epidemic prevention and control period, the college actively implements the requirements of no extension of teaching, no suspension of classes. From February 24th til now, the online teaching has been fully implemented and the teaching order is stable. Besides, the quality supervision system is more complete and the effect of teaching has steadily improved.
In accordance with the decision-making and deployment of the epidemic prevention and control in China and the province, the college attaches great importance to firmly implement the extension of school opening during the epidemic prevention and control and implements no extension of teaching, no suspension of classes. The school carried out the top-level design and the early deployment of online teaching work, successively issued relevant documents, and held a special meeting on online teaching work in response to the extension of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic.
The online platform mainly used by the college for online teaching is Smart Education, supplemented by QQ groups for voice, video or other forms of interaction, and the platform can also be used for the live broadcast or recording teaching.
Teachers and students of the whole school gathered through the cloud connection provided by various platforms such as Smart Education and QQ group. Teachers became the anchors while computers became the podiums. The teacher meticulously instructs the teaching design and resources such as pre-class teaching videos, courseware and assignments.Teachers ensure that the drills are prepared in place and they use cloud classrooms to carry out interactive teaching activities, arrange homework after class and conduct teaching evaluation, besides, they strive to achieve the substantial equivalence of online teaching effects and offline classroom teaching quality.
The school continuously improves the monitoring system of online teaching quality. Based on the data analysis of Smart Education, they strengthen the teaching quality monitoring and continue the improvement work. The two-level online teaching operation that guarantees the mechanism of the school and the department continues to play a role.
