Shaanxi Railway Institute successfully held the second online video double selection meeting for graduates of the class of 2020

        In order to further implement the notice requirements of higher authorities on the employment of college graduates during the epidemic prevention and control. We actively build an online communication platform between students and employers and promote higher quality employment of graduates of our college, the second online video recruitment fair for 2020 graduates of Shaanxi Railway Institute was launched on April 22.

        Through publicity, mobilization and contact, 29 household units including China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd., China Railway No.12 Engineering Group Co., Ltd., China Railway No.14 Engineering Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Guangzhou Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and China Railway Shanghai Engineering Group Co., Ltd. registered to participate in the online video double election, providing more than 100 posts and recruiting 2141 people. The whole process of the job fair is organized online. Graduates submit their resumes online. Employers publish recruitment information online, view their resumes, and interview the graduates through online video.

    The recruitment activities under the college line have been suspended because of COVID-19. In order to cope with the adverse effects of the epidemic on graduates employment, the Shaanxi Railway Institute has planned and acted early. In March 25th, the first 2020 online video recruitment sessions were held in April 20th. The China Railway Special network recruitment fair was held in April 20th, and the recruitment information and employment policy were continuously updated to complete graduation.
