Student returning and management work training and work arrangement meeting of Shaanxi railway institute

    In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the student returning work in the spring semester of 2020, the student returning and management work training and work arrangement meeting of Shaanxi railway institute were held in the Lecture Hall of Linwei Branch on the morning of May 7th, 2020. Deputy Secretary Jiao Shengjun, the director of the Student Affairs Department, the secretary of the general Party branch of each secondary college, the director of the student work office and all counselors attended the meeting presided over by Ren Qingguo, the deputy director of the Student Affairs Department.

    As the director of the Student Affairs Department, Liu Zhe made a detailed explanation of the requirements, processes, student management regulations and epidemic prevention requirements of students before, on and after the date of returning to school. Counselors were required to carry out the work about student organization and information transmission and interpretation.

    Jiao Shengjun made a mobilization speech as well as detailed arrangements for the specific student returning matters of the school management system. He hoped that the teachers of the school management system could carry out the student returning work with the highly responsible attitude and the overall political awareness, position themselves correctly during the construction on high-level higher vocational colleges, spare no effort to promote the epidemic prevention and control and career development of these colleges and make contribution to the development of these colleges.
