Shaanxi railway institute held the campus recruitment fair for the graduates in 2021

To get employed is the biggest livelihood. In order to cope with the impact of the COVID19 epidemic on the employment of graduates, we should continue to do well in guiding the employment services of graduates, help enterprises select and reserve skilled talents, and help the railway industry to resume work and production in an all-round way. Meanwhile, we will guide and encourage  graduates in 2021 to find ideal units and companies, devote themselves to the field of national infrastructure, display their talents and make contributions. On June 13, the university actively contacted 20 state-owned enterprises of China Railway, China railway construction, China Communications, China Power Construction and China nuclear industry to hold a campus recruitment fair for graduates of 2021 in Gaoxin and Linwei campuses respectively, building a two-way selection platform for employers and graduates. More than 2000 graduates from the two campuses participated in the recruitment fair.

At the campus recruitment fair, more than 2000 graduates full of ambition actively submitted their resumes. Meanwhile, they had in-depth communication with HR. The two sides exchanged views on enterprise situation, main business, salary, career planning, etc., which lit up the warm and lively atmosphere. After a day of intense and busy work, more than 590 graduates reached employment agreement with the employing units.

The successful campus recruitment fair has further enriched the series of employment service guidance activities in the campus. According to the actual situation of the prevention and control of COVID19 epidemic, the large-scale mutual selection fair in previous years has been cancelled and replaced by a small and medium-sized campus recruitment fair composed of about 10 employing units. It can effectively prevent and control the hidden danger of virus transmission, and actively cooperate with the railway industry to fully resume work and production, and help the graduates to get full employment with higher quality. The college attached great importance to it, with vice president Jiang Pingjiang inspecting the scene in person to cheer on the students, interpret the school's employment policy for students, and provide the most sincere service for employing units. The employment guidance center, in conjunction with the division of labor and cooperation among the secondary colleges, made all efforts to ensure the holding of recruitment activities in an orderly manner, and laid a solid foundation for the continuous promotion of high-quality employment of graduates.
